Cycles of N. Kondratieff reflect the cyclical, dynamic changes in the cosmic energies in the past time. Changed, lost the cosmic energy cycles form in which they were about 100 – 200 years ago – N. Kondratieff cycles are gone. But to see it, we require hundreds, tens of years.

Under change of the measurement scale, the transition to the analysis of individual countries, the usage of different criteria and indicators, the relationship between the rotational speed with the pace of economic development is eroded, it becomes less obvious. This is due to many factors: the quality of the population in various countries, the cyclical changes of the quality (the law of three generations), economics development, technological level, level of social division of labor, and others.

The larger is the scale of the country's economy, the more time is required for the cosmic energy in its pace of development.

With this approach, some questions remained. Why do we choose certain indicators? Which are principal? What is a connection between them? How does time of the shift of the intensity of the cosmic energies change in comparison to changes in economic indicators for the development of a society. To answer these questions, we take the basic economic indicators of the US for a long time, relations between which have already been found, and combine them with the Earth's rotational velocity.

Foreign economic statistics provides various graphs and charts. One of them is special. It is known as "The One Chart to Rule Them All".

CPI – Consumer Price Index – is one of the types of price indexes created to measure the average level of prices for certain goods and services (market basket) over a certain period of time. Consumer Price Index measures changes in the level of prices for a variety of "fixed basket" of goods and services. In calculating the index, the prices of imported goods and services are taken into account. The Consumer Price Index is the main indicator of inflation in the country. The value of this index is of fundamental importance for the other economic indicators. It more closely and directly related to the Earth's rotational speed.

We note that the increase in the CPI after a sharp rise in the Earth's rotational speed occurs later every century. At the beginning of the XIX century the difference is in within 2 years, and at the beginning of the XX century – in 3 years, and at the beginning of the XXI century – in about 7 years.

This let us approach the complex issue of the relationship between electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic energies and the relationship between the dynamics of their change and the dynamics of economic growth.

1.2 Rotational speed of Earth, solar activity and their connection to indicators of economic growth

Generalized indicator of economic growth, which is associated with other economic indicators, is the CPI (Consumer Price Index).

Here are the data for the time available for the Earth's rotational speed, for changes in the value of the consumer basket, i.e. the CPI (percentage related to the previous year), and solar activity. These data are from the beginning of the XIX century.

The CPI value is taken as an average of a decade. Graph of the CPI changes (mean per decade) accurately rests on the chart of the Earth's angular velocity. Lack of the cosmic ether – the high is price of the consumer basket. The reason is the low productivity due to low physiological, mental, intellectual capabilities of people. In this case, the measurement step in 10 years smooths the data on changes in the cosmic ether density under the influence of the various planets and by changing the direction of spin of the ether flows. With this step of the measurement charts do not need offset for a few years.

Growth of gravity-spin energy leads to increase of the efficiency of industry. And it is not only in our millennium. This is how society was changing throughout history. Greek cities grew more intense in the decline of temperature, which is an indirect sign of entry of Earth more powerful cosmic ether vortices. (The breath of history, pp. 488-495). We are developing rapidly under the influence of non-electromagnetic cosmic energies. And what about Sun? It is important, that we not die of starvation due to the termination of the growth of vegetation. If there is not enough solar energy – cereals do not grow – here comes death from starvation. But if there is some minimum of solar energy for food security, then the development is more dependent on the density of the cosmic ether. The combination of these two cosmic energies is important and determines the features of the development we have at a given point in history (N. Konuhov, 2016b).

Relationships between of solar activity and cosmic non-electromagnetic energies are of probabilistic character. If we take a typical graphs of ratio of the Wolf’s numbers and the various features of non-electromagnetic cosmic energy, then this relationship is difficult to see.

Notice, how the combination of turns in the Earth's rotational speed and intensity of solar radiation is consistent. The low values of solar intensity on turns are consistent with high values in turns of gravity-spin energies, energies of the cosmic ether. It is the ratio of these energies had been substantiated by V. Dyatlov through the law of the full electromagnetic and gravity-spin currents. According to his calculations, the gravity-spin energy growth is combined with falling of electromagnetic energy if we are talking about a separate cosmic system. In his terminology it is vacuum domain. But it is on the scale of centuries.

Now, the laws regulating these cosmic energies become more apparent. It is necessary to combine these turning points of these great cosmic energies. And for this we need a certain step of measurements and representation of initial data.

Let’s compare data on value of a consumer basket with the change in the Wolf ‘s numbers in the

United States (CPI starts from 1800) with step, at which solar cycles are remained and small spreads, changes in electromagnetic energy of Sun are removed.

These graphs clearly show that CPI and solar activity are interrelated. This relationship can be clarified: the maximum in solar activity is accompanied by reversals of CPI. This is an emotional turn of index. But CPI turns back even at a minimum of solar activity. This is a rational turn. It is characteristic not only to CPI, but also to other markets, including the stock market (N. Konuhov, 2012). Both the emotional and rational turns of markets indices are regular social-cosmic phenomenon.

In the transition to the scale of individual years, this line disappears without shifting in graphs.

Degree of such compliance of data can be set precisely from 1962.

This is without a shift in graphs. There is every reason to believe that the statistics on CPI in the US " started to float" in the beginning of the XXI century. This is evident from a comparison of the rate of growth for GDP and CPI.

Prior to the beginning of our century, the fall in GDP growth was leading to an increase in the prices of the consumer basket. It is logical: the less has been produced, the less effectively people worked in some year – the more expensive is the consumer basket. At the beginning of this century, the dependence is different: GDP growth rates are falling along with the price of the consumer basket. Is it due to deflation? If we consider that the income from the bulk of the population fell, the explanation is quite logical.

Or is it the result of a constant correction, modification of the methodology of calculation of GDP to make its fall look not so disastrous?

Statistics ceased to be a perfectly logical as it was centuries before that. Hence, even the shift of graph does nothing good.

But the important thing for us is that the CPI growth rate are linked to the GDP growth rate, if to judge on the scale of centuries, decades. Both economic indicators are statistically associated with the change of cosmic energies. On a scale of centuries there is also their connection with solar activity. And in these economic indicators are tied all the others, firmly.

All changes cyclically. Cycles of development are associated with both the legitimate social and psychological relationship of generations, and with cycles of cosmic energies. Dependencies, relationships, cycles of electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic cosmic energies whimsically change at different time intervals.

Therefore, we take in every century every 13 years (the average cycle of solar activity) with high solar activity and 13 years of low solar activity. Let’s match these indicators.

13 year periods of low solar activity are: 1800-1813, 1900-1913 years.

13 year periods of high solar activity are: 1835-1848, 1947-1960 years.

It is difficult to find some distinct patterns. But they are on scale of centuries. These are cycles of 72 and 144 years. This cyclical nature is described in details (N. Konyukhov, 2016b).

Thus, certain dependences have been identified.

1) The trend of CPI often changes at the maxima or minima of solar activity in the solar cycle basis. This corresponds to the same patterns of change in the stock market. At the same time, there are significant features of these reversals. They are described.

2) The rate of change of CPI is dependent more on the Earth's rotation, and, from it, on non-electromagnetic cosmic energies, energy of the ether vortices, than on the electromagnetic activity of Sun. This is typical for both periods of high and low solar activity.

3) The bifurcation points of economic development, development of a society in the scale of centuries, or millennia are associated with resonances of electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic energies with a cycle of about 72 years.

Obviously, conclusions of the CPI link with cosmic energies we have the right to distribute only for the period for which we have data. These findings relate to the XIX and XX centuries. In the XXI century, everything is a bit in a different way.

At the end of the last century, relationships are clear: CPI grows at the growth of the Earth's rotation and the fall of cosmic energies. In this century it is hard to capture this trend even with the displacement of plots.

But the same strange dependencies appeared between the GDP growth and the rate of change of CPI.

In general, changes in CPI are more correlated with the speed of rotation of Earth, with cosmic energies, which are connected with it, and less with solar activity.

The CPI changes are associated with other economic indicators, indices. If so, then these economic indicators correlate with the speed of rotation of Earth, with cosmic energies in the scale of years or decades. And it has been proved to be so. And psycho-physiological activity of people is also correlated with these non-electromagnetic energies.

There is an obvious conclusion: at the fall of the cosmic ether density, on which we judge by the growth of the Earth's rotational speed, consumer prices rise, then all the other economic indicators change. Beforehand let’s name the main reason for this: a significant change in human entails a substantial change in the basic economic indicators. Previously, the basis of the economy was the agriculture: the less hard people worked this year, the less amount of food will be next year, and prices will rise. At present, high-tech time, at the fall of physiological and mental strength of people especially for conveyor working, temps will not slow down. It's just that people will be tired, and the number of diseases, and deaths among those who became overstrained will increase. But overall productivity for some time will be kept at a sufficiently high, usual level. This is confirmed by statistics.

Nowadays, more and more economic development depends not on physical strength, but on mental effort and professionalism of those who governs, who are planning the development. Plans for the future in a downturn of psycho-cosmic energies are not so optimistic. Economic decisions will be different. However, the contracts from previous years will be carried. Stop the growth of the huge country even by thoughtless decisions for one or two years is difficult. Russian experience confirms it. Economic development is inert. But depending on the quality of population, the fall of the cosmic ether density with a different time slot, sooner or later leads to a decline in GDP growth. In each country it is differently.

2.1. Population quality depends on adaptability to cosmic ether density

Problem of different groups of people of different nations reacting to the cosmic energy in different ways was recognized by studying dependence of the intensity of the terrorists’ attacks and number of victims on a place of their emergence. Here are two graphs.

Worldwide, it is about 85% of all acts of terrorism that are associated with Islamic terrorism. They were committed in a zone of low pressure of cosmic ether or in developed countries, but by natives of the countries that fall into such zone. However, in the countries in the cosmic ether a high-pressure zone, growth of the terrorism is related to its fall.

In nature, there are plants that grow better in mountains and some, on the contrary, in lowlands. As well, this applies to animals and insects. Moreover, even to people. They get used to live high in mountains, for example, in the Andes, and the change of residence is bad for their health. This consideration can be also applied to residents of areas with high and low pressure of the cosmic ether. They are used to live in conditions of low density – and their activities under these conditions are higher than during the growth of this density; and vice versa. They are like divers, placed in different depths. With a sharp change in the depth of immersion, in a physiologically advantageous condition will be those who are less sensitive to pressure drops. And those who were on a high pressure drop, can even lose the ability to move.
