Abstract: This manual provides a practical, step-by-step guide to clinical case taking and analysis for prescribing homeopathic medicines. It is designed for first-level education and complies with educational standards harmonized with international requirements of the Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI). The guide presents a clear action algorithm (LOPAT+), a methodology for symptom analysis, and patient follow-up tactics. It is intended for general practitioners, pediatricians, dentists, and other specialists beginning to apply the homeopathic method worldwide.

Foreword

This practical guide focuses on a cornerstone skill for the homeopathic physician – the taking and analysis of the clinical case. This skill is not fundamentally different from classical medical reasoning. On the contrary, it is built upon it and represents its logical progression.

The homeopathic approach requires from the physician not an abandonment of standard clinical logic, but a deeper and more precise use of it. The physician still takes the case history, performs an objective examination, analyzes data from laboratory and instrumental studies, formulates a clinical diagnosis, and assesses the prognosis. The distinction lies not in the volume of information, but in the mode of its interpretation.
